Superb Service! My boyfriend and I were searching for an apartment when we stumbled upon The Grand Hampton. I called the leasing office and scheduled a tour, both of the associates I spoke to were kind and knowledgeable. Yesterday we had a walk around at this apartment complex and 2 other ones. Bang for your buck! This area is what they like to call "up and coming". It's convenient to most everything shopping, dining, grocery etc. So the area is quite expensive. My apartments are the best priced in the area. Plenty of square footage, excellent maintenance, friendly leasing agents. Landscaping and pool are well kept. I have nothing bad to say about these apartment. I expect to live here for a long time.
would not repair AC in middle of summer! I have lived here for a year and within that year it as been a nightmare! First when I moved in I almost fell in the tub because it was so slippery, so I bought a mat to put in the tub then when I took the mat out it pulled all the spray paint they sprayed to cover the dirt and nasty stuff. My bathroom sink was leaking and I put in several request for them to fix it and they would never come in the unit to fix the problem even though I gave them permission to enter, (i seen from doorb... read more
