Love our place We love the Bridges. The amount of space we get for our money is Th best around here, bar none. The location is perfect. Close to Westport and downtown, near 2 highways for easy access, near downtown mission which has everything you need and is cute and chalk full of local shops and restaurants. The only downside is the horrible horrible parking lot. Spaces are too few and extremely narrow. I’d recommend living here to anyone though.
Large Living space, reasonable value Overall I enjoy living here. The apartments are large. I love the location. It's usually fairly quiet. Very dog friendly which is important to me. Parking is my biggest complaint. There are tons and tons of covered parking, but if course you have to pay extra for that and there is very limited other parking. A disappointing year The location and size of my apartment was great. The overall condition of the property and the maintenance of it has been horrible. Major issues never addressed and staff is constantly changing
Timely and Responsive I keep reading that maintenance is bad, I have never had a issues with maintenance. When I have had a problem they fixed it with in a day or two. The apartments are very big and well maintained. I give it a 4 only because of parking.
Boomerang My second time living here. Lived here over 3 yrs ago, relocated to other states, and recently returned to K.C. metro. Looked at lot's of apartments around, Bridges At Foxridge had the largest 3-BR apt. Been here since May 2018 and everything has been great! Checks all the boxes These apartments are bigger than any in the area. Morgan has been very nice and helpful. Vitalik is charming and friendly. The location is great, I love the layout of my apartment, neighbors are all nice and quiet. Parking is pretty good, usually can find a spot close to my door. The laundry room is the only thing I think is not great. Only 1 washer and dryer in my building and its creepy down there.
Ahead of the competition I move a lot being in the military, they are leaps and bounds ahead of the places I've lived.
Pet friendly! Love our apartment and how pet friendly it is!! Everyone we deal with are super friendly and helpful, too!
Almost Perfect I've only lived here about a week so far, but I really like it! From the get go, the office staff have been top notch! I mostly worked with Morgan, she was super helpful, answering all of my questions via email because I was relocating from out of state. She responds in a timely manner and was great with helping me pick out an apartment.
