A place you can call HOME!!! Moved here July of 2021 ... Honestly I never expected myself to leave my life in Olathe but The Bridges gave me not just a apartment they gave me a place to call home... Everyone from Neighbors to Staff from the office here and even space and layout you can't find anywhere ... The people from the home big main office amazing understand life happens ... Loved Our Apartment My husband and I lived here for 3 years (just moved out this month), we enjoyed our time here! Loved our apartment, our dog enjoyed the sidewalks and dog park, we loved having a fenced in patio, and the office and maintenance staff were always helpful and friendly. There were a couple of incidents of theft from my husband’s truck but that’s the area (not the apartment complex’s fault), though I’d suggest cameras. Great Neighbors and Location Lucy with the resident office has made our move in experience seamless and easy! We have already met multiple neighbors who are sweet and helped us with our move in! Lucy is awesome, she took the time out of her day to keep me updated during the application process & also made sure i knew everything i was signing! she made the process so easy & less stressful! Also the manager Susann is wonderful! she went out of her way to quickly get us approved & was flexible with our move in date! can’t wait to call this my name home!
Fits Everything I Need Lucy in the office has been exemplary. Fast communication, very satisfactory response and quick turnaround of maintenance requests. She has been my partner every step of the way. The apartments are certainly a little old, but the space is amazing, and on move-in, my unit was spotless. Everything inside is just beautiful, professionally painted with new carpeting.
