Love the place but noise from above.... I love everything about living here, but as a resident of 3rd floor, I am dealing with noise from neighbor above on a daily basis that makes life uncomfortable and causes anxiety. I never hear loud music or tv or voices from neighbors, but the sound from above is unbelievable loud stomping, so loud that mirrors on my walls shake, and the noise even disturbs the cat. Great place to live Would recommend to anyone living or moving to Huntsville. Parking and specifically guest parking is my biggest issue with the complex.

Wonderful place to live I've thoroughly enjoyed living at The Avenue Huntsville. It's centrally located in the city so nothing is too far away. Traffic isn't bad and you can't beat being able to walk right out of your door to local bars and restaurants. The building is upkept very well and the staff is awesome. It's definitely a great place to live.

Beautiful Property This is a beautiful, fun location right downtown. The building and grounds are modern, safe and super convenient to medical services, dining, the parks and groceries. The staff is fantastic. We are so happy we made this choice.
