A Surprise in Downtown Huntsville I find 'The Avenue" to be a pleasant place to live. It is close to a lot of quality restaurants and Big Spring Park. The staff are also nice to work with and while help out with any issues you are having.
Good place to live It is good, most people who live here are cordial. Staff is good when they are here and maintenance usually fixes stuff on the first try. The location is amazing but there are a lot of other apartments being built around here and rent is going up substantially ever year. I would love to stay but it will not be sustainable in a year or two.
Living Downtown Hubtsville I have lived here 6 years. I love living downtown. I really like my apartment. I am convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and self help stores.
Happy to be here I've lived here for a few months. The building has good covered parking, a nice pool, and a friendly staff. The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loving The Avenue!
Awesome Living Experience Living at The Avenue Downtown Huntsville Has Been The Best. Everyone here is friendly and like one big happy family. I enjoy all the resident events provided by staff. The events planned by resident are always a bang. The events that the residents plan are always like Sundays with family.
Good place to live, little unorganized Its been good, great location with what made me stay. Rent increases every year is getting to be almost too much and getting me thinking of alternatives.
The Avenue: Its a nice place I have been living in 'The Avenue for four years and I find it a nice place to live. The maintenance staff are super helpful and respond rather quickly to requests. I also like that it located in a pretty active area downtown, through it can get pretty loud during the weekends due to how many restaurants are near the apartment. Overall, I feel like its a nice place to live.
Just moved in The Avenue staff are professional, personable, and genuinely care. I have been working with Yolanda and she has made me feel at home since we first spoke. I lived out of town so I signed my lease 'sight unseen'. Upon arrival I was pleased, as it exceeded my expectations! The Avenue is a lovely, modern complex, full of amenities. It is also one of the few places in Huntsville/Madison with assigned covered parking (one of the many reasons I chose to live here). I couldn't be happier!
Love the place but noise from above.... I love everything about living here, but as a resident of 3rd floor, I am dealing with noise from neighbor above on a daily basis that makes life uncomfortable and causes anxiety. I never hear loud music or tv or voices from neighbors, but the sound from above is unbelievable loud stomping, so loud that mirrors on my walls shake, and the noise even disturbs the cat.
