Overpriced complex w/ paper-thin walls, constant maintenance & construction traffic & noise, and ever-changing rules & policies that are unreasonable The Aspect (rebranded from the previous Cityview) is a horrible complex that will saddle you with constant fees and a never-ending set of obstacles that you have to just deal with. The most disgusting... (Verified Renter) The most disgusting apartment community I have ever lived in. Management is poor. Nothing is ever resolved. Apartment has 1000 issues. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
The quality of... (Verified Renter) The quality of the apartment is very low. It is obvious that the cheapest components and labor was used. I would not recommend The Aspect and I will be moving as soon as my lease allows.
