Verified Renter Aspect management team doesnt care about the safety of residents when needing new locks. Have been waiting for days for a replacement with no daily update.
Verified Renter Way overpriced, parking is a problem, there are charges for everything, renewal rates are outrageous, loud tenants yelling outside at all hours of the night, paper-thin walls, ceilings and floors.
Verified Renter The front office only cares about THEIR rules, which excuse all responsibility on their part.
Verified Renter Good location. Office and maintenance staff lack professionalism and are not thorough in completing tasks and maintenance issues professionally. Gym basic, pool is shallow, BBQ and BBQ area is good. Common room closes at 6pm and is closed on Sundays. Residents are hardly able to use it unfortunately, despite paying for it in their rent.
Verified Renter This apartment went down hill fast. The property management truly does not care about your well being. The parking here has also gone downhill and they have more garages and covered parking but not enough free spots. Money hungry if you ask me. Problems go unaddressed for far to long.

Verified Renter Upon moving in 2 months ago, I had received a packet that contained information (towing enforcement and patrolling) that was a year old. Because of this misleading information, one of my visitors cars ended up getting towed the other night because I had referred to this packet. I also don't like the fact that we are promised a patrol car to work from 8pm - 5am and I have yet to see one. The parking situation... (Verified Renter) The parking situation is a disaster. They constantly tell you theyre going to enter your apartment for near-weekly inspections only to never show up.
This Complex manages... (Verified Renter) This Complex manages to be the best and worst apartment I've ever lived at somehow. It's frustrating.
