Lived here for 3 or so years Sewage backed from my toilet so they moved me into another apartment That apartment was leaking water into my living room then when my lease was up they didn’t want to give me my deposit back I had to call multiple times an speak to multiple ppl to get them to investigate the previous management which they were taking money like I thought long story short if you apply here don’t expect much

DO NOT MOVE HERE my experience here is horrible I have neighbors that smoke cigarettes inside their apartment and the smoke is coming into my home ! Me & my son clothes ,hair & other belongings smells like nothing but cigarettes .. & when I first moved in nothing was ever replaced from the rusty shower rod to the carpet in my room you can tell it's old and my blinds are yellow ! Worse apartments ever Every unit has roaches bad, maintenance don’t fix anything and people always lined up at the gate because the office doesn’t share the gate code
HORRIBLE I am not one to leave reviews, however I feel that I must warn every single person even considering moving here. BEWARE!!!!!! We moved in and the SAME day when I walked into the apartment it was INFESTED with roaches. We requested our deposit back and were told that they had a unit that wasn’t infested. Fine, we moved into that unit and there were roaches but it wasn’t anything that a couple of treatments couldn’t handle. A few months go by and the problem was remedied (we hired an outside company). Terrible Place To Live... Keep Away! Do not move here you'll regret it. Bad staff, poor management unsafe conditions, unhealthy environment, crime ridden. I have nothing good to say at all!

Disgusted I agree this property is horrible. They've had 4-5 different managers in the last year, and they all lied about making repairs. If work order is placed, they'll lie and say you didnt place one. Even when you send it certified mail. They're rude, and before you get out of the office good, they're laughing at and talking about the tenant. I also lost all my food because my fridge broke down, and all the paint has peeled off my tub! Very slow to make repairs if the repairs are even made. They're beautifying the outsid... read more

horrible staff bad area nasty roach& mold infested apartments the first apartment they put me in was in a dangerous area around drug dealers who things were left on my patio before I even moved in they asked why didn't I call the police showing no sympathy instead inspecting the apartment the second apartment they transfered me into the new apartment without inspecting!! it has mold in the apartment the lady toya lied and said she did when I have a 4 year old I will be taking them to court refusing to let me out my lease wit... read more
Terrible Been here for some years and every year the apartments get worse. From consistent leaks in apartments, plumbing issues is very very bad, appliances issues, environment issues with crime all times of the day, staff is not good, maintenance is not knowledgeable in their job. Really reconsider staying here.

Run!!!! This place is horrible! Been here 2 years. Black mold, bed bugs, and roaches. They trick you by showing you a staged apt...please do not waste your time and money moving here.
