Former Resident from 2017 to 2018 After reading some of the reviews... I would have to disagree I loved these apartments I always enjoyed the peacefulness and the apartment always felt like a home never an apartment... I mean when yu move into apartments you can’t just expect to not hear your neighbors.some things are just out of management control but I know Cindy and Gary are very nice and understanding and we always felt safe mod was always patrolling the apartments. Great place to live! Really enjoyed living here. Lived in a few other apartments in the area prior to Summer Trace that weren’t near as nice. Also, management and maintenance were always so helpful, fast, and efficient. Only left because we bought our first home. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place to live This apartment complex is a great place to live. I moved here in 2016 and haven’t had any issues so far. First the apartment maintenance are quick responsive and friendly. The management are courteous and kind and they are willing to talk with you about issues if you have any to find a solution. The Elementary school is literally steps away and you’re located within miles of restaurants, stores , gas stations and other needed things. Easy Living! Quiet gated community. I've lived here since 2013 and haven't had any problems since I moved here. When I have an issue with anything, the maintenance guys take care of it rather quickly. The leasing office staff is nice, inviting, and willing to work with residents.
