The reps in the Leasing Office were excellent. However, I was shown a model unit. Before signing a lease, I'll request to see the actual unit that I intend to rent.

Wish it was a little cleaner. Trash always scattered in hallways and parking lot, And always surrounding the dumpsters never actually in the dumpsters.
