My experience I initially contemplated against moving to this property, but finally made a decision to do so in July 2017. The management team has great customer service and is always helpful! Especially, the property manager-Rose Marie. She greets me with a smile and ask me how I'm doing. My service requests are rectified in a timely manner and the property is well maintained. There is low to no crime here and the residents are pleasant. Tracy

Horrible I live here now it's horrible they take forever to fix something and when they do they do it sloppy my neighbors smoke weed and the smells gets in my side but they do nothing about it can't wait to move its not worth the amount that it is no parking spots at all and it's really small

Extreme move out fees!!!!! We cleaned the apartment thoroughly and they still charged a 380 dollar cleaning fee and a 200 dollar painting fee when the apartment did not need to be painted! Electric bill was always extremely high and the parking was terrible. I definitely do not recommend this apartment complex!
