Verified Renter So far so good. Nice and quiet just how I like it. It seems like everyone that resides here works, comes home, and chill. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable as well.

Verified Renter A lot of the residents stay pretty much to themselves. My daughter made so friends and know those friends tell her they can’t play with her anymore. And that’s all over my child’s phone. The other kids would take it from her then hide it. One child even stole it and throw it down the drain. I went to try to talk to both of the children’s parents and the parents would not talk to me. All I was wanting is for there kids to leave my child’s phone alone. Verified Renter It’s a nice a quiet neighborhood, and everyone is very friendly. Their is plenty of parking spaces available even when we have guests over, and I absolutely love the pool and gym!

Verified Renter Most of the time every one leaves everyone alone. They may just say hi or hope you have a good day. The only thing about noise is the down stairs neighbors get loud at times with there music and the across the way there dog lives on the back porch and gets my dog barking a lot.
