I have been fairly happy living here, a few hiccups here and there , but still here, New Mgt. seem very nice.

when I first moved in I was scared but I do have to say I've been getting treated really great they fix my apartment I feel safe and I love the way they respond when something is wrong with the apartment I' like people in the front desk it's really different now the gates are fixed

I was very pleased with how I was treated by the somerset staff I've only been here a week and a half but so far any maintenance issues that I've had have been dealt with quickly and I have no bug issues so I'm very pleased with the apartments and the management

John did a bang-up job for me .He did bathroom repairs that's needed attention for years !
Tents can playvthere music at all hours of the night and nothing is done about it . I have neighbors who play music for the last two day from 11pm to 6 am . Second day i called security to no help the neighbors continues with their music. If a person looking for nice peaceful rest i dont think this place to live . Leasing with not do anything to resolve issue . .
