The maintenance man arrived soon after I called for service. He took care of the issue and was professional throughout. BTW, I tried to submit the issue on the website. After about 10 minutes of filling out the form I clicked submit but nothing happened. I tried several times but to no avail. The website also referred to a location in a different state, not mine, if I've been traveling.

Overall it was okay. TBH I thought old management did a better job with maintaining security and security issues. The pool was a huge draw for me and I was highly disappointed that it was not open at all this summer for the first time in the three years I lived there. I had the leaking air conditioner for the theee years but maintenance did attempt to fix it numerous times and it would start leaking again a day later but a couple of days before I moved out it was throughouly worked in and I think it's fixed now but the code ... read more
