Lived there for one year. A big headache. Maintainance issues need several calls to remind them. Bugs were often found. The air condition was so noisy under my apartment and they never fixed it.

We have lived there for one and half year. Facilities are old and they are very slow on maintenance. Lease office is poorly managed. NEVER use they called "Seally Bucks" to pay your deposit. Otherwise you will get nothing back when you move out although they find nothing wrong with your apartment. They would not tell you this when you sign the agrement.

I don't know what happened to Northbrook, but they are horrible now! We basically moved on because of their reputation, but they are very slow on maintenance, and they don't stick to their promises on getting things fixed. I have been down there about 5 or 6 times now for the same problem, and it just broke again. The leasing office is full of smiling faces and promises, but nothing gets done....
