I have been at Northbrook for awhile now. The staff is wonderful. The grounds are nicely kept also. A very kid freindly place also.
Nice place to live. I love my town home - the downstairs is huge! Office people are friendly - they seem to really like my dogs:) Haven't had too many needs for maintenance but they have always handled things good for me.
Lived here for about five years in two different types of apartments. Very contented. Staff is helpful and very pleasant. Grounds taken care of very well. Buildings spaced apart so you do not feel cramped. My favorite apt. was the townhouse with two floors and three bedrooms. Pretty quiet and nice neighbors. Quick response whenever maintenance necessary and very safe.

I lived at NorthBrook for a little over a year and really enjoyed it there. The office staff was very nice and helpful, and I never had to wait long for maintenance. With it being such a big community, there was a lot of space to walk and jog. I also really enjoyed the fitness center. I felt safe living there - I actually lived there by myself for awhile and never had any problems.
I recently moved into a townhome and it is wonderful! I went from a house to an apartment and thought the transition would be hard but I actually still feel like Im in a house! I have been blessed with great neighbors and I love my private back porch area. I would definatly refer my friends to live here also!
Northbrook is a great place to live! They have a meintence staff that will take care of anything and a office staff that is always pleasent!

I have lived her for 10 years and it is wonderful! The office staff is very friendly, the landscaping is well kept and the new Clubhouse is great (maybe I will actually work out now!) I absolutly love it here and plan on staying for even longer!:-)
