Nice facade but rotten underneath There are so many things wrong here. The staff can be so rude and dismissive at times. So many things are constantly broken and it's hard to get safe or like there is and sense of urgency when gates or doors are broken or vandalized. There doesn't seem to be concern about making sure anything is in order except then getting their money

Worst Place Ever Management is the absolute worst and don’t think you can get any help from Corporate. They are unresponsive and don’t care. Car break ins, money stolen if you don’t pay with a credit card, rude staff, stolen packages. I can go on and on.

DO NOT LIVE HERE The management here is utterly useless. If you do not have them give you something in writing, then they change their story every time you talk to them. They enforced parking pass rules where they gave you a tiny piece of paper (not a sticker), and if it does not stay visible they charge you 75 dollars a day. Also NEVER have your packages shipped here. They have no good system for handling packages so you can always expect your package to be stolen. I probably would not live here again. Fine. Good apartment, not good management. Only one washer worked in the community washroom for 4 months, and they did nothing to fix it. Every week they said it'd be repaired the following week. Now the apartments will no longer offer a community washroom at all, so you have to pay $30 extra a month to rent a machine or do your laundry off site. Amenities at pool broken since I moved here.

Too much crime and terrible customer service We just moved out and I've never been more relieved. A week never went by the entire year we were there that there wasn't a series of car break ins, apartment break ins or pedestrian robberies. No matter how much security they "provide"- it's still going to happen. The office is only looking for your dollar, not to give you a good living experience.
