Great experience! I lived a year here and I loved it. It was a great area, great apartment and a straight line to GA State campus. Everything worked perfectly and it was really clean. The maintenance staff is also super nice and respond quickly if something does break. The management is also really professional and considerate, shout out to Steven for being awesome! We did have some bug problems maybe because we lived on the first floor, but it wasn't anything a can of bug spray and a vacuum couldn't take care of. But a warn... read more

I love this community I have been living in m street for a year n a half and I tell you all this is the best move I ever made. All of the staff in the leasing office have been so helpful I have downsized to a different apartment and they have kelp me informed on everything I needed to know and moved me in a timely manner. I have never experienced Insects or crime since I've been here. If you are looking to move this is the community you need to be in. Great community! I moved here in June, and absolutely love it! My unit is spacious, the property is maintained so nicely, and the staff is just awesome! I would definitely recommend it to friends!

Great team! The team at M Street Apartments has been extremely helpful since the moment I walked in for a tour. They walked me through the process and had answers and solutions to all my questions. Huge factor in picking this location for my home!
This place is terrible Dont believe these fake reviews, this place is trash across the board, poor management , roaches everywhere and i mean everywhere, old and rotting wood , crime/car breakin’s daily. Not a good place to live at all
