Lakeland East Review The Apartment is nice. No complaints outside of a serious Wasp issue. The buildings are made of wood, I get that wasp like that. However, something needs to be done during Spring through Fall. There was moment when I was stung 5+ times in 2 days. I could not walk up the stairs with out being stung because the wasp made nest inside of the wooden stairs. That to me reduces the value.

The only thing keeping us here is the location If you have a lot of patience and are a tolerant person, you can stand to live here, but this is what you’ll have to deal with: Uneven/bumpy/pothole parking lot that has been an issue for years. Average, grumpy, and rude maintenance who have to be called more than once for basic fixes. New management who will charge you double the pet deposit because they “don’t have record” of the original one made to previous management, then ban you from making rent payments online because... read more

Unsatisfied Parking lanes are very faded. Fences are a hazard in some places. If you dont see them at night, they're leaning toward the walk side with nails sticking out. The parking lots water drains are very clogged causing large amounts of water to accumulate.
