Stay at Lakeland Its great living here . Very near to office and staff seems very kind and responsive
Great place Great customer service. Flexibility with lease. Pet friendly. Quick response. One month rent concession. Very detailed and efficient. Help with wifi set up.
Average expected experiance. Its a nice apartment complex. Its pretty average though and the price for the laundromat has gone up since living here for over 3 years now. Was 1.50 now 2.00. Staff is less than great but still able to get the job done. The pet waste system is ignored and so where the bags and trash posts are its nasty.
Its Alright 2 and a half leases through and its a less than complicated Apartment. 7/10
Great Move I was looking for convenience and a rent I could afford and I found it at Lakeland East. Glad I made the move
Nice place all things considered. Everything is quite enjoyable, the noise in the mornings though can definitely wake you up multiple times in a week. Very close to the first of the month sirens as well so that is also louder than it could be if you lived further away. There is a pot hole by the speed bump that can damage your undercarriage if you drive over it with out being careful.| Laundry room is very nice and easy to use. Fair price per load.
