It is well kept and clean there is a bay of activities, however the never the new building manager and his office staff are not as engaged as the previous manager and her team... the new manager and team can be a little off putting
I appreciated the spacious community areas, and generous square footage within the apartments that doesn't feel cramped like some places. The kitchen features, electric appliances throughout with a furnace for heating. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and ample storage spaces are provided. Loved the view of the walking path from the window balcony and other amenities. Very warm and welcoming. Clean. Nice facility. This is a large facility. Rooms are nice size. The street it is located on is very busy. It took a while just to pull out of facility.
This is a very nice iver 55 year old plus building. The apartment that I looked at was very nice & spacious. The staff was very informative & friendly. I appreciate them taking the time to show me around.
What we like the most about the community is that the staff is very pleasant and friendly. There are a lot of activities offered. The apartment is very clean and spacious
The coordination for the tour was professional and thorough. The tour itself was satisfactory, though we had hoped to see more than one model, as the brochure suggested there were multiple options. We ended up seeing two inits with the same floor plan. Overall, we were pleased with the process and will keep this option in mind for the future, as well as recommend it to others seeking independent living.
I had a great tour at Hanover Place in Tinley Park Il [name removed] was a great tour guide and the grounds inside and out was very clean. This is a perfect match for my mother. I love all the amenities and activities that they offer.
The staff is extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. [names removed] go out of their way to help out in any way possible.
So far all is well. We moved in the week before Christmas. Everyone we have met has welcomed us. We participated in 2 events since moving in. The Potluck Ugly Sweater Social & The NYE event. The staff here try to keep us informed of activities through the newsletter. Tonight live entertainment is in the main lobby. This is every Thursday. Many of the people here have been here for about 4 yrs. some much longer. Affordability is the issue for most people & if they will be able to sustain it. I'm looking forward to being here.
