You get what you pay for We have lived at these apartments since October of 2018. It was good at first, but its mainly the people who live here that make it terrible. I've encountered a few times that I got into it with people here because they're so loud and very inconsiderate of their neighbors. There are so many people who come and go and they all smoke weed that you can smell it through the vents, and it spreads throughout your apt. Unhappy even after the second year here I have lived here for over a year. Just signed on with my second year back in August. We have been infested with yellow jackets and wasps. Have called and complained. Gone in person so many different times for pest control. The office tells me I am the one that needs to be buying wasp spray. It’s not my job. The Tenants or also known as The Neighbors It seems as if the Apts. are turning into a "Hood". The neighbors show no respect for others personal property. All hours of the nite you have vehicles reving engines and honking. Sadly they're my neighbors abd I wish they weren't.

Terrible management and maintenance Management/maintenance take a good month or more to resolve any issues. Requested pest control, and no one ever came. The apartments landscape had piles of ant hills everywhere. Maintenance will take a week to a month to fix ac. Terrible place to live, especially during the summer because they won’t fix the ac until weeks later.
