Great spot to live! I have greatly enjoyed living in this complex over the past two years! The management staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The maintenance team is great at responding to the very few issues I had, and were always friendly faces to see around the property! Best Management/Maintenance Team! I have lived at Emerald Park Apts for over 13 years and this Team of Management and Maintenance Guys are the best by far. The last 2 years have been great and they are always willing to help right away! Carri, Rachel, Douglas and Earnest make living here more enjoyable. I never worry about having to wait days or weeks for something to get fixed. The most HELPFUL COMMUNITY IN NRH!!!!! First of all, I have never had rental issues until this pandemic hit and Emerald Park has been BEYOND INCREDIBLE. They have provided numerous resources to assist in rental issues since the loss of my employment due to COVID-19, have been accommodating, patient and excellent communicators throughout. Love the managers I move into my new apartment on Aug 10. From the day I stepped into the office I felt nothing but love from the managers. Anytime I had a question, I would email them because my job schedule didn't allow me to call, and they responded quickly and always explained anything I needed to know. I love my home! I have lived at Emerald Park for almost two years. And, I have had nothing but a great experience. Management has changed through-out this time, however, with each change, there has been positives going on. We had our roofs replaced and the parking lot was just done. It is so nice driving home on smooth pavement. The girls in the office both are super friendly and welcoming. The maintenance guys are always so helpful. My family and I give our home two thumbs up each!

Not Bad for the Price This apartment is not the best, but for the price and square footage in this area,its great. I have a 2bd/2ba and i like it. The rooms are big enough for queen size beds and in the master theres a walk in closet with tons of space. My absolute favorite thing about this apartment would have to be the location. Its not that far from North East Mall for shopping and you are surrounded by great variety of food. UNINHABITABLE UNINHABITABLE!!! My roommate and I moved into a unit that was supposedly newly renovated, but that we had not seen yet. Firstly, it was absolutely filthy, as in layers of grime on the floor and mirrors. It was 80° inside, and when we complained, we were informed that "it was just an old unit and wouldn't get below 77°" Furthermore, it was INFESTED with roaches. We saw hundreds.
