Do not waste your money here they don’t care about you I’m a very condensed term staff other than maintenance doesn’t care about you once moved in. Move in will go smoothly but don’t count on your deposit to be worth anything at move out. Move out was the worst experience possible. They add as much as they can to a bill that they never say you’ll get and they charge for things that are stated in their move out sheet as normal wear and tear. DO NOT RENT I am not one to write reviews or cause a fuss, but this was one of the worse places to live I have ever experienced. We are pilots so we are never home. We rented for 8-10 months with minimal furniture and no pets. We had to break the lease due to being relocated for our jobs and immediately paid the outstanding balance for the termination of our lease. Poor front office The front office staff is no help... They are the most unprofessional group of people. Small roaches come out from all places.. Even when the apartments is spotless. The only positive thing about living here is the option of the garage and decent interior apartments.. Money should be spent somewhere else.
This place is HORRIBLE This property was recently bought out by Edgewater at Klein. The new management is beyond unprofessional, incompetent and inconsiderate. I was charged a $75 late fee after I failed to get ahold of someone for over 24 hours to let them know they overcharged me and when I went to the office I was told that they would not even consider working with me although this was their own fault for incorrectly charging me in the first place. DO YOUR RESEARCE This is my second rating. The fact that its 2:55 in the a.m. and i get home with my baby and I tell you NOT 1 parking space. This is a joke. I literally had to park outside of the complex and walk all the way home. There are several empty stalls that are for another monthly fee. What a rip off. Paying money and buying trouble Worst very old apartments for the money. I see everything is a problem here right from door locks, carpet, stove, washer, bathrooms, mosquitos, mainly dont get hot water as it is shared, very old filthy apartments and many more There is new management JS which usually is good in my experience, but with this apartment they are charging higher rates than it is worth of.
