Okay place to live. Water stinks. Got approved pretty quickly and paid my fees and had to keep contacting their office to send us the agreement. Literally called and emailed probably 10-15 times over a 2-3 week span. We moved in and everything was fine except the tap water stinks very bad. It got so bad that we started using bottled water to brush our teeth and wash produce. Apartment I have lived here for the last two years. In that time rent has gone up quite a bit. They the amenities are okay but not as great as some other apartments in the same price range. The staff is very friendly and they seem to be on top of maintenance.
Stoneleigh on the lake I love my apartment complex, it is clean, quiet, I don't have to go any where to do my laundry, I have washer and dryer on my apartment, I don't have to walk to take my trash out, we have valet trash. Gated community, very safe for single moms like me. I love it!!
Wonderful Place to Live! I have lived in this community for almost 2 years. The office staff has always been very helpful and cooperative; maintenance staff is great! No problems. It is a very quiet community to live in. Hear very little noise from neighbors, other than a door shutting now & then. Parking can sometimes be a problem but there are assigned carports spaces and garages available.
This place sucks This has easily been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. The complex is constantly loud — people yelling at all hours, smoking weed, and jumping into the pool well past the 10 PM closing time. Parking is terrible; if you get home after 7 PM, you’ll likely have to park on the opposite side of the property. Management is unresponsive and unprofessional. DONT DO IT DO NOT MOVE HERE — RUN FROM EDGEWATER AT KLEIN APARTMENTS! I should’ve known this place was going to be a nightmare before I even moved in. I had to hunt them down just to tour the apartment. I was scheduled to view it the Monday before move-in, but they didn’t let me see it until two days before. That should’ve been the first red flag. Unhappy The management here is horrible! The neighbors aren’t friendly, I do not suggest moving here if you have kids or like to have company over. I’m very bothered with management everything here is just horrible.
Worst Zero maintenance and property infested with bugs.Better apartments available in the same range. Regret moving here without doing research.
Don't rent here just not worth it This has been ultimately the worst move out experience. Move in was fairly the best part of the experience. Their move in fees are a joke since they will charge you everything they want at move out. Oh and their fees are the most ridiculous fees in the world, if you have a payment issue get ready to see fee after fee after fee. Community itself is okay, parking is a problem at times.
