Great We loke it very much
Eagle Ridge The experience has been decent. The ceilings may need to be updated. The tenants above us are very heavy footed. Sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling. The parking could be better. Many people park in the fire lanes, blocking traffic passing through. It's hard at night to see cars parked in unauthorized parking, especially under trees, with no lighting.
Recently moved in In these first weeks, my daughter and I have felt very safe and happy. Eagle Ridge is so much better and feels like a friendlier and more welcoming place than our last residence. We are looking forward to many years of "feeling at home."

Great Property & Staff Wonderful staff, very attentive and responsive. Nice quiet space (minus being so close to the highway) and lots of comfort for the price. Highly recommend!
Great Place to Live! Been here for 3years, never had any issues with neighbors, staff,or maintenance crew. So every one is respectful. Neighbors with pets follow guidelines. The property staff are awesome! If something needs fixed or replaced you don't have to wait to long. And they follow covid-19 recommendations. Close to shops, restaurants, CVS, Rite Aid, etc.
Feedback The parking is very inconvenient if you have family that wants to visit.
Like the unit, however, mgt leaves a lot to be desired Have lived here for about 1 1/2 years. People are friendly, as well as maintenance. Would have like to stay much longer but lease was not renewed. Now, have to find apartment which meets with our handicap needs. Little understanding from Management.
