Personal care and concern We are Fla residents who are “summer birds.” This is our 5th year of renting in Eagle Ridge located in Monroeville, PA. We rent from July-October. In 2021 my husband had to hospitalized with a heart condition two days before we were moving out and coming back to Florida. Review Overall a very nice place to live in the monroeville area, defintiely one of the safest neighborhoods. Managemrnt is good.
Safe Place to live Living at Eagle Ridge has been wonderful. The matienance is reliable and on time, staff is pleasant to work with and responds to request timely. Apartment buildings are well kept with no smell and quiet. Grounds are very pleasant to look at. I could go on and on. Very happy I live here.

Very pleased We really like this complex. The maintenace do a very good job of caring for the buildings and property. Th staff has been very helpful and pleasant. My daughter have lived here for about 16 months, and look forward to continuing.
Feels like home My daughter and I have lived here for about 10 months. We have appreciated the location, and the staff and residents have been friendly. We are very happy with Eagle Ridge, and look forward to many years.
Great experience The apartment complex is great. The staff is very respectful and I have never had management that have been in so much contact with their residents. It let's me know that they care.
Living is easy! I have been here for one year. It is a very quiet area, the neighbors are friendly, and it is close to the mall, UPMC, and other shopping venues. I would definitely recommend it to other renters.
Great place, Excellent staff We are "sun" birds as we winter in Fla 7-8 months of the year and we summer in Pennsylvania. This year will be our 4th summer at Eagle Ridge. They have always welcomed us with open arms and we enjoy living there.
