Nice community Great community. Friendly people. Rent is on higher side. Excellent maintenace staff
Friendly residents, maintenance and staff. We have lived here about 3 years. The residents are nice, and the maintenance have been prompt when there is a problem, The staff are usually helpful. My daughter and I have been satisfied with Eagle Ridge, and I would recommend this apartment complex.
Extremely Peaceful Lived here for over 2 years, not a single problem comes up that cant be fixed.
Happy to live here Best place ever to have a dog. Community members are friendly. Staff is easy to work with and always available.

Enjoying Eagle Ridge I really enjoy the peaceful setting and all the neighbors I have met are friendly. The amenities are great; we love the dog space. The management team is kind, efficient and professional. Any requests I have made for maintenance have been completed VERY quickly (less than 24 hours). Eagle Ridge is a peaceful, park-like place to live while enjoying being close to Pittsburgh.

Beautiful property amenities are dated for price. The location is great, beautiful scenery. However the experience has not been pleasant, the dishwasher foes not work is very dated, the stove is dated as well. It took a very long time to prepare Thanksgiving dinner in the oven mostly because its old. The dishwasher has never worked successfully somce day one. Ian and hos staff seem very nice but I dont really ask them for anything. The maintenance men are so nice so far. I just wish the amenties were not from the 80’s
Personal care and concern We are Fla residents who are “summer birds.” This is our 5th year of renting in Eagle Ridge located in Monroeville, PA. We rent from July-October. In 2021 my husband had to hospitalized with a heart condition two days before we were moving out and coming back to Florida.
