Happy resident Easy access to major highways. Great space, not tight. Beautiful landscaping. My maintenance well maintained. Been here 7 years.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE My son moved into Derbys Apartments in mid-March this year. Since day one he has been asking for repairs to the air conditioning without success... It is now the end of June and in the last 3 months at least 3 times a week he has had to leave the apartment and go sleep at my house or at a friend's house due to the extreme heat. Hidden Mold If you have children do not move here. They just cover their mold with paint. If your child ends up with mold sickness, that’s why.

Terrible business practice On Wed August 16th 2023, I was informed that my application was approved and to remit payment in the amount of $2,200.68. I paid the requested amount and the $250 deposit to secure an apartment. I was informed the following week that the unit they had for me would not be available, and they offered me a different unit, which I accepted with a move in date of August 25th 2023. Stay Away Worst Experience from Day 1. Apartment was dusty and dirty when we moved-in. Maintenance is slow and cant fix anything. Management is not always helpful. Buildings are old and doesnt have sprinklers. Pool area is dirty everytime we go there.

Dont Waste Your Time. I just moved here and there are no lights in the bedrooms or the the living room. The breezeway is so dirty spider webs, dust etc. the lights dont even work where I am. The stove in my unit looks so old and outdated. There are Racoons all throughout the complex. The Patio's are ragedy looking and not secure at all, my microwave is hot glued together. This is only HALF of whats wrong with my unit, If you dont come inside the unit and actually look around then dont even bother.

Poor Customer Service/ Horrible Place to live Not enough characters to explain the problems that I’ve experienced. The office staff lie and are not responsive to simple issues. After complaining to corporate they became much more pleasant! The apartments themselves are old and run down definitely not worth the price!

AMERICAN ROACHES!!!! Be careful with these apartments, I was living from November2017 until February 2018, I could not stay longer in that apartment since they are full of BIG cockroaches, and they never gave me solution to that problem, and they did not care either that my babies could be affected by these American cockroaches

Do NOT consider this place!! Do not spend your hard earned money on this place ! Management is horrible! Please go somewhere else, if I could give this place negative stars I would. 1 star is not enough. Don't even give them your time!
