Grounds I love how the guys keep the outside of Derby Park. On a gloomy day the outside is still nice. I have lived at several apartments the grounds were horrible. Thanks guys

WIFI Afternoon Derby Park. Today is Friday Appreciation! I am appreciative for the WIFI Cyber Cafe. I am a single parent I cannot afford internet at this moment. I am appreciative that my kids don’t have to go to the library to access WiFi. Believe it or not it’s the small things that count. Thank You

First Apartment Hello. I usually don’t do reviews but I had to say something. This is my first apartment I wasn’t sure about the area but it’s convenient I’m 15 minutes from my job. Tameshia was so helpful. She answered every question I asked her. Usually most managers just make things up I feel she gave her honest opinion. I absolutely love my place! Thanks Tameshia
