Well, first of all since I moved here to Crown Heights management has always been professional in the office staff always positive energy and pretty smiles. Welcome to Crown Heights. Great people maintenance. They do a wonderful job and I see them always working hardanytime I’ve had an issue and I haven’t had many. They were right on it. The leasing staff was no help to my problems that were occurring in the apartment. Multiple times my AC went out and it was days before someone fixed it. There was a rodent problem and they didn’t do anything to help me. They just told me to set out a trap and wait. In my building it constantly smelled like weed. Not to mention the day I got the keys, I went into my new apartment to discover that no one washed the carpet. My eyes were burning from the smell of cat piss.
