Office staff is wonderful. However, apartment was a mess when I moved in! The carpet was FILTHY!! I had to rent a professional carpet shampooer, went over the carpet 8+ times and it still wasn't clean! The property, itself, looks like it needs upgraded. Rocks stairs/retaining walls are crumbling and the parking lot/common areas look dirty. It took 4 weeks to get my new mailbox key and the door from my bedroom still has NOT been replaced! Moving in and living there has so far been wonderful neighbors are nice and we all just keep to our selves and do our thing. I love my space and coming home. It did take a min for them to fix the blinds in the bathroom but that's okay manning an apartment takes a lot.
