Rollercoaster ride depends on management When Management changes and depending on how they manage it can start a rollercoaster ride with old and new tenants. The noice control is always a problem!! People have no respect for anyone it's okay if they have stereo/TV on loud and talking loudly over it around 2 - 3am However if you were to do the exact same thing on a different day they would be pounding on the wall and yelling. Needs work. Needs new office team. The staff in the office are lazy. They don't seem to care about the work that needs to be done around the property nor the tenants that live here. Maintenance is way behind. I moved in to an apartment that was not up to par and have been waiting months for repairs.

It's nothing than better to live. Please, improve the maintenance.
