3 stars Maintenance is awesome he gets stuff done fast
Prompt, Professional, Understanding and Unbelievably Helpful I've lived in these apartments for about 8 years now. We have been lucky to not have too many issues with our place. The staff is friendly, the parking is alright, the rent is decently priced, the cleanliness of the compound is generally better than some most other places I've been. Maybe I got lucky So far I have had a good experience here. I have had things fixed or looked at when needed. Noise is mostly muffled, I think I must also have quiet neighbors. Staff always answers emails. No issues here from my experience.

Handicap parking My babys dad is handicap and he never has available parking there is not enough handicap spots and even when there is 1 open ppl who r not handicap fill them

Overpriced rent price I like our apartment, but it’s not fancy like other apartments in Puget Sound. It’s below average apartment. Rent price is too overpriced. Kids aren’t supposed to play in the parking lot and throw a football. Otherwise, it’s peaceful
