Maybe I got lucky So far I have had a good experience here. I have had things fixed or looked at when needed. Noise is mostly muffled, I think I must also have quiet neighbors. Staff always answers emails. No issues here from my experience.

Handicap parking My babys dad is handicap and he never has available parking there is not enough handicap spots and even when there is 1 open ppl who r not handicap fill them

Overpriced rent price I like our apartment, but it’s not fancy like other apartments in Puget Sound. It’s below average apartment. Rent price is too overpriced. Kids aren’t supposed to play in the parking lot and throw a football. Otherwise, it’s peaceful
