Verified Renter I'm loving the community. It quiet, low crime and the grounds are kept clean and well groomed . The office staff are friendly and acts quickly to a problem you may have.

Verified Renter Need better security and pest control too many unauthorized vehicles parked in spaces that not tenants of Carolina Woods!! And some residents are getting their packages stolen off the property!

Verified Renter The reason I like Carolina Woods is low crime rate. Children can play outside without being scared. I love the office staff. The play ground and the grounds are nice looking all the time.
Verified Renter Carolina Woods is a nice place to stay the Landlords name is Marcus and he is nice and works with you if he can. The maintenance man Vick is pretty cool himself and completes task on time when given the job. The community people I live around are nice and we all get along. So far so good.
