Verified Renter Very quiet & peaceful. & I love the community just wish there were less car break ins & less loud music at certain times. But besides that it is usually quiet rent office is great and maintenance team is awesome!

Verified Renter I have lived here for 15 years. Ive seen a lot.Different mangers etc. However, Marcus is the absolute BEST! Very professional,caring. & available to talk with . He cares and his ACTIONS far out weigh his words. This is a small community in the cut, & I have enjoyed my stay.

Verified Renter Need better security and pest control too many unauthorized vehicles parked in spaces that not tenants of Carolina Woods!! And some residents are getting their packages stolen off the property!
