Great location The convenience of being close to many stores, restaurants, main roads as well as places to go for your medical needs and the likes is the best thing about living in this great neighborhood. Definitely, I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.
Renewing my lease I am renewing my lease here at Barclay Glen me and my daughter love living here.
Barclay Glen Have not met new staff to rate… also, previous management company sent rent notice with link to portal and it made paying easier… this is new and I do not have memorized to do this when I am not home to find notes…. Could you include line for rent in future … thanks!
Review Prior to moving in, wish we were advised we are faving daycare with the screaming kids
Parking The place and area is nice. The parking is a mess. Residents with 3 cars are taking up the overflow areas and these business vans are park over a week not being used in the over flow areas. Motor cycle idling in the drive way early in the morning. But other than that I give this place a 10
Apartment & pool review Neighbor and her significant other are often slamming doors and fighting. Pool and lifeguards: wondering who's job it is to keep the pool clean? Pool often needed skimming, alot of debris, residents sometimes skimmed the pool themselves, it was so bad. Lifeguards just sitting playing on their phones. One of the lifeguards would go out the pool gate to smoke 2 & 3 times an hour. I would like to see the pool open later past 7p, maybe 8 or 9p. Nice complex to live but too expensive for what you get I love living here minus my loud neighbors. I complained probably like 10 times and nothing changes that. Otherwise it's a nice safe neighborhood. Clean property, maintenance comes within 1 day. Nice office people. But if you don't have a according to income unit(which is a 2 year wait) its wayyy tooooo expensive for not that much stuff.
