Awesome Residence Living in the complex is a dream come true. I never lived in a apartment complex so I really didn’t know what to expect ill say this about this place it is so peaceful & the residents are so nice. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. & yes the Staff goes beyond there call of duty.
Peace ‘n Quiet We were excited when we toured the property and all of the upgraded amenities and facilities, sealed the deal. The walking path is beautiful and everything you could need is within walking distance. The maintenance team is great and the response time is fantastic… I highly recommend BG!
Barclay Glenn staff is helpful and readily available at the property, location is convenient to shopping and close to Philly and AC. Neighbors are friendly and pool is nice in the summer.
Very Nice Place to Live Grounds are clean and well kept. Gym is nice. People are friendly.
Nice place We have downsized until retirement and moving south. Safe and maintained well. Any calls for service issues are prompt and staff very nice. Management very nice. Only negative is market value for leases. We knew we'd be here for longer than lease that was least expensive. No advantage to longer lease. When resigning we took the least expensive option and course its not long enough again. Amenities nice also. Many compliments on our apartment.
Usually very satisfied with everything.. I will be starting my 5th year here in September. I have been extremely satisifed in the past. Recently I asked to be moved to a first floor apartment as three 1st floor units in my building were available. Also I preferred a long term lease. Neither requests were accommodated without a major rent increase. I am 73 and I'm finding the concrete steps a bit much. I also had open heat surgery. It appears Business As Usual !
