Great place I have lived here for several years now and love it. Employees are friendly and grounds are well maintained.
New Resident I just picked my keys up this week, but so far the process has been seamless thanks to Haley and Nicole!!! Can't wait to get all moved in!
Nice 2 Bedrooms I am pleasantly surprised by the space in the 2 bedrooms, the living room is very narrow and hard to fit a big couch in but the closet space is awesome, kitchen is very spacious and has good cabinet space, and ample room for a washer/dryer. Also, the storage room outside is a huge plus.
Great apartment Moved in 8 month ago. Rental office employees were very helpful and answered all my questions. Maintenance was done in a timely manner and the guys are friendly and thorough. Orkin made appointment and came on time hitting all apartments in building. The landscape is well maintained and lush and lovely. Location is perfect for my needs. Recommend highly.
Bah humbug Live there for nine years. Apartment flooded and ceiling collapsed. Moved to only available apartment. Now they want me to pay for damages for an apartment that was damaged when I moved in. Bad management

If I could give it 0 stars I would… We have lived at Bar Harbor for less than 9 months total. In that time our AC has stopped working 4 times total (2 times within days of each other). The maintenance crew keep doing the bare minimum to fix the issues so they just keep occurring. The most recent incident I was told over the phone by maintenance that it was ‘almost his time to be off duty’ but he would come by and see if there was anything he could do quickly but it it took ‘additional supplies’ or anything too complicated it... read more

Roach city! There are roaches all over the place and we pay for pest control every month. At this point I think they aren’t even real. If you think you want to live here think again, because roaches will crawl on you in your sleep(speaking from experience). This place is absolutely the worst apartments I have ever stayed in.
Not worth moving into I lived there for over 2 years. The staff were great when I first moved in but that changed. They went through only one office person while I was there. Maintenance was good at first but got worse the longer I was there. Let's just say the "upgrades" they told me about weren't that great. The toilet constantly over flowed & there is no ceiling fan or light fixture in the bedroom. The ladies in the office became useless after a while. Horrible Management. Needs to be dealt with Horrible apartments to live in. Horribly kept up. The apartment we moved into has had so many problems. We moved in two months ago. Door won't even close, horribly sealed, door has dents, power outages, rudest staff you will ever meet. I have contacted corporate about my concerns and issues. That was 17 days ago.
