Fantastic Home in Seabrook Bar Harbor is safe, inviting, and fun. I walk my dog throughout the day and sometimes late at night, and I always feel safe. Everyone is so nice and welcoming; my neighbors are kind and caring. Jeremy, Kevin, and Alberto always wave at the residents even though they are so busy keeping our community wonderful. You will not regret choosing Bar Harbor as your new home in Seabrook.
Beautiful Property Every single time I walk my dog around the property, it is clean and manicured to perfection. It is absolutely beautiful! The maintenance team puts in so much effort to make this property a place I love living at.
Maintenance Crew is On top of It The maintenance team is very good at what they do, and they're quick about responding to requests. I've submitted a couple requests, and they always showed up either that day or the following day (if I submitted the request after hours) to fix it. Recently made 4 requests in one evening, they showed up the following morning and fixed all the items in about 30 minutes or less. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. A+ for the maintenance crew.
Jeremy & The Maintenance Crew This crew is fabulous! The attention to details on our properties appearance overall and our and our pool/courtyard area makes all the difference. We've had a firepit out there for over a year now that has never worked until Jeremy and Kevin took it upon themselves to make sure it is working for us in time for the cool front this weekend. Thanks, guys!

Bar Harbor Apartments - pretty nice place I've lived here for a little over a year. It's a much nicer place than many places I've lived. The staff are courteous, the maintenance guys are really nice and helpful. The rent is reasonable. If there are issues with neighbors, it's usually taken care of quickly. I haven't had an issue with any neighbors since one couple was forced to move out (they fought loudly all the time, cops were called on them several times). It's a quiet area. Comfortable apartments with friendly staff! I have lived at Bar Harbor about a year now in a second floor, one-BR apartment. I just resigned my lease, so I will be staying at least another year. Though the apartments are older, I think they were built in the 80's, they have been well-maintained and are very comfortable. Love it! I needed an apartment ASAP and Bar Harbor had one available. I didn't know what a gem I had found until I moved in! There were a few maintenance issues to take care of, they completed them the next day. Neighbors are super friendly and welcome you to the neighborhood. There are always people at the pool and walking around.
Great place, location and staff. Been living at Bar Harbor for a little over a year now and have zero complaints. The apartment itself is well-insulated enough that I can't hear my neighbors or traffic and cars entering or exiting the parking lot (unless my windows are open). The location is great, too. Easy access to Kemah in one direction, Bay Area in the second direction, and Houston in the third. As for the staff, super friendly.
