Review Nice. Perfect location.
My Opinion Staff is nice. Good location. They keep up with the grounds nicely. New appliances in the apartment are nice. Have issues with visitors taking all the residential parking space. Mainly Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, after the property manager leaves. Every now and then you'll see people not clean up after the dog. If you call a noise complaint, the officer will show up a couple hours later. Cable wiring in my apartment is a bit old, I'll have issues with internet every once in a while.
