My Opinion Staff is nice. Good location. They keep up with the grounds nicely. New appliances in the apartment are nice. Have issues with visitors taking all the residential parking space. Mainly Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, after the property manager leaves. Every now and then you'll see people not clean up after the dog. If you call a noise complaint, the officer will show up a couple hours later. Cable wiring in my apartment is a bit old, I'll have issues with internet every once in a while. Ashford terrance Music is playing loud enough to shake your living room every night at 3 am. You can complain to the staff but nothing will come of it. Over priced for a new coat of paint and 15 year old carpet that still smells like cigarettes. Maintenance guy is knowledgeable and helpful but I had to contact him personally to get him to fix my water heater, management apparently forget to submit my maintenance ticket until my third reminder call.
