Great Apartments I have lived at Ashford Terrace for around 4 years and 3 months. I had to move out after 4 years but moved back a few months ago because I like these apartments. The location is central in the city to various places to visit and work, making it easy to get around quickly. Maintenance is kept up with and if any issues arise is prompt in fixing them.
Nice and quiet Lived here for about 6 years, a nice and quit plce to live, can't really complain about anything. I love it!!

Decent cost, good location I've lived here for about 5 or 6 years now, and overall I've had a positive experience. The rent is decent, maintenance is good, and people are generally friendly. The apartment itsself is standard, without hookups for washer and dryer unfortunately, and a bit old as well. I've had my AC stop working and require fixing at least 3 or more times over the course of living here. Neighbors can be loud at times, and landscapers as well in the morning.
