It took 3 weeks for my urgent issue of standing water in my dishwasher & kitchen sink to be handled. It was only handled after MANY, MANY phone calls and visits to the office. I still have 2 outstanding maintenance requests from 5 weeks ago that have still not been addressed.

Unfortunately, the lady I met with was very rude and not helpful during the process. I left feeling discouraged instead of supported.
