Toilet issue want fixed until Thursday June 17 when it was called in on Monday the 14th. The issue actually started that Friday night but no maintenance on the weekends. I had to manually keep turning the water shut off valve so the water didn't run for 6 days straight. Please hire another management person to help the only one we have. And management needs to follow up on calls as well.
I lived in this apartment 8yrs after this long period I bought house and moved out before I moved out I gave them 2 months notice still you to pay lease breakout fee that is about $1800 I have 2 kids 5 and 7 years old and they said there is some scratches on the wall I and I have to pay another $1650 not about payment without telling me they reported it to National credit report and they call me why I am not paying it that I told them I already paid it everything and they reported it to us, so the apartment ever
We moved in on 10/10/25 and the apartment was not in livable condition. The toilet did not work, the bathroom door didn’t shut properly, and there were cracks and water stains on the ceiling. The vents were full of dust and the window tracks were dirty. We’ve had to call emergency maintenance multiple times for the toilet, and even after several visits it still isn’t working properly. It took 3 weeks for my urgent issue of standing water in my dishwasher & kitchen sink to be handled. It was only handled after MANY, MANY phone calls and visits to the office. I still have 2 outstanding maintenance requests from 5 weeks ago that have still not been addressed.
