Consistent, good price to quality ratio Good quality for price range. But Oberer is pretty strict on not wanting to maintain or update anything unless it is an active destruction to the property.
overall good but outdated nice place but slow to update, tennis court supposed to be improved
Good value I have enjoyed my time here. There have been a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing that wasnt fixed auickly. Worth the price 100% and all of the staff ive met with have been great.

Great place to live It was great i had no problems what so ever
Great place to live. Parking is great other then the spaces being small so if you have a big car it can get tight. Its pretty quiet other then occasional neighbors but you'll get that anywhere and they at least try to not make too much noise. We have had no issues and have lived here off 6 months. Overall its a good place to live and affordable.
