Great new management! I can honestly say the new management Frances, is the best! She will go out of her way to make sure you are happy and comfortable! I moved and I tell you what after six months I was ready to come back!
The worst of the worst roaches are everywhere and there's nothing you can do to stop them. office will not help you with anything and no matter what you do you WILL get towed at least once. no control over ac and heat, you will seat inside your own apartment or freeze. your water will be off have the time even if you rent is up to date
Worst Apt in my life They shut down the water every week. No hot or cold air on time. They do not keep office hours properly. AVOID THIS APARTMENT FOR YOU!!!
No Alquiles Aqui Vivir en estos apartamentos es horrible. Te cortan el aire. El agua a cada rato solo dicen q van a hacer reparaciones y no arreglan nada. Aparte de eso cada vez q hacen eso va subiendo tu vil de luz y agua. Es una porquería total
Poor management They refused to fix the roof inside of the apartment I report my floor broken like 1 year ago and still didn't get fix and everything we called the office the manager Frances it's always rude saying if you broke it we will charge you apartment for the repair and now they don't even empty the dumpster its always trash all around the parking lot management its very careless do not rent here
terrible i lived here for a year. the whole year, when i needed things fixed, it took him(luis) months to get things done. i had to be very persistent for him to do things. when i first moved in it took him 4 months to give me my copy of the lease. there is a roach problem as well, they come out of no where. they turn off the water without notice, when they work on things. there is also little to no parking if you get home past 7pm. its a bad ration of parking spots to the amount of people who live there. so honestly its bet... read more
The truth of Villa Del Rio So I agree that Luis does not get anything done no matter how many times you request and put a work notice in, but that is just the tip of the iceberg in my opinion, I have slime mold from were the chiller unit leaked, and all they have done is paint over the mold..., we have damage from when the upstairs tub flooded ...two or three times...and no one will even bother to fix it, the bathtub gets a strange red mold build up no matter how much you clean, we get standing water in the kitchen and bedro... read more
poor management Ruis has lowered the satisfaction of the occupants. He never gets anything done in a timely matter. As a leasing agent he should care more about the well being of the people that are renting from him. No one should feel less important nor should they be ignored. These apartments are bug infested and the pest control should be fired if they are even visiting the apartments. Terrible As mentioned before Luis cant get anything done. Continually askig for problems to be fixed and even been told they have when they havnt. Took over a month to get a mailbox and key, ac constantly goes out, they turn off the water even more. There are holes in walls but i havnt seen any mice and very little bugs but i am consistently spraying the apartment monthly.
