I'm very happy at Vancouver Pointe. Thanks for your support. I have nothing but positive vibes from this place. Food is excellent, friends are exceptional, activities are top notch, staff is superb. Can't think of anything negative.
Clean, good food, friendly staff, many activities.
An open , friendly environment. Lots of art focused activities. Transportation to appointments good and flexible. Cottages are popular. Cottages are large and roomy. Apartments vary. Our 2bedroom is nice and large with very small balcony. Beautiful rose garden out back with lots of places to sit and enjoy. Family friendly- has an overnight guest apartment families can rent when visiting.
Staff and residents at Vancouver Pointe are all very friendly and helpful when needed. The apartments and amenities offered are very nice. Full kitchen is a plus and you don't find at all facilities that includes meals.
Overall, I would recommend Vancouver Pointe to others. However, there have been too many staff changes since we moved in in September that made rating some areas hard. Hopefully things won't change too much. They're very friendly, helpful and affordable. It is somewhat scary with the company being sold.

Having lived in several independent and assisted facilities in this area, Vancouver Pointe rates at the very top Employees are clean, professional, courteous and above all very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make a resident feel at home. The facility is very clean. The food is absolutely excellent with an extensive menu, a daily special that I found is good as any fine restaurant . I've found VP a comfortable place to live. I've lived here for 1 1/2 years. My neighbors are great. The food is fine. The staff is friendly and completely competent. In short, I have no complaints.
