J Wade I have lived at my current apartment complex for 3 years now and have never had any issues with management or maintenance. There always available when needed and repairs are done in a timely manner. Rent is reasonable considering the location. I would recommend the apartments to anyone moving across town or from out of town.
Turtle Lake 1 br I have lived here for one year and so far its been great, the grounds are always clean and well kept and the staff is helpful. The pool is not always open as early as it is supposed to be on the weekends. Parking is no problem. I have had only minor problems and the staff has taken care of them.
Turtle Lake The area is quite and secluded. The pool and gym are very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Apartments are in good condition. I've just had a couple of maintenance issues and they were taken care in a timely manner. Very pet friendly neighborhood.
Best Floorplan. Ive lived here for over a year. Love the spacious, open floor plan of the two bedroom. A lot of closet and kitchen cabinets space. Staff is nice and very helpful. Repairs are addressed within 12 hours. Community is small and quite.
Great Apartment! Life at turtle lake is amazing!! The grounds are well kept and arranged nicely. The apartment is spacious and newly renovated! Great price for the part of town it's in. Small, close knit community. Maintenance is always right there when you need them and the office staff is second to none!!! Some of the nicest people I've met, and extremely helpful!!! We love it here!!!
