Tour Liked the flooring not a big fan of the size , was given a tour by adriana the gym is a decent size and the pools looked beautiful and the field was big

Community Area looks a bit rough but the inside changes your mind , the apartment is OK on the inside but they do have a soccer field pool and gym so it saves some money on gym

Best change ever Best change ever Adriana and Nicole, they smile, hear you out and the best of everything they explain. I had issues with my toilet , shower, A/C system for over a year now. That's the reason my water bill was so high all the water leaking and they fixed it it's been two week now and all good. Best office and maintenance I am happy.
Home Sweet Home Been here for a few years and love this place. current management and staff are great to work with. Being disable, always getting help or asking if things are good. Always looking out to improve living and the property. VA moved me here and want to relocate more vets to this great property.
Satisfied Every person i spoke with in the office was absolutely amazing. They helped me get into my apartment in a timely manner. At first i was denied due to owing SRP, however they worked with me, told me if i got it paid they'd be able to get me approved. They did. I was told they weren't going to have my apartment ready till the end of November & it actually was the 1st-2nd week of November! They made the whole experience very pleasurable. I love my apartment. I am also very glad i chose this place.

Good It was a smooth transition besides me seeing some things during viewing that I asked to be resolved prior to move in and they weren't but good. They are currently working on resolving these issues though and I hope we can continue this good relationship.

Great Place to Live I have lived on property for about 5 years and have seen a major improvement in the quality of employees and tenants. The complex has been a safer place to live and going to the office has been a much pleasant experience. The ladies in the office do their best to help out in every way they can. And maintenance has come a long way as well, much improved place to be.

Not worth it Moved here to be close to work (10 min commute). Being 1 hr and 45 min away for less rent, with better conditions, still blow this place out of the water. Before leaving, packages were delivered and accepted by Main Office, however, would not be there. Maintenance Request were partially completed. When attempting to move out, the lease was argued to need a 6 months notice, which was later reversed due to false documentation. Upon moving out, appartment was cleaned and cleared.
