Beautiful Apartment and Great Area If you want a beautiful apartment and you don’t mind living a short drive away from big neighborhoods in Louisville, the Willard is perfect for you! We looked at apartment in the Highland, Middletown, and St. Matthews trying to find something in our price range. The Willard met every single one of our expectations.
DO NOT LIVE HERE This place BECAUSE of the people who run it are absolutely horrible. They will do everything they can to get extra money out of you. If you want a nice apartment that is laid back and not scammers, please look anywhere else!!!! You will not get any of your deposit back, they will try and charge you extra money on top of your deposit to “fix” things they don’t actually replace (it’s happened to multiple people I know personally) and will get you for any fee they can.
