I went to the office inquiring about a 1st floor, 1 bedroom unit in the next 30 days. I was told they didn't have any. Representative gave me an info paper and said I could check back if I want. I was then sent on my way. She didn't give me any information about the complex, show me around etc. I left thinking they could care less about renting to me, and I wouldn't waste my time checking back.

Previous staff was a little better and nicer than current staff. Also the previous staff always answered the phone when I called, now I hardly get an answer. They claim they are busy but I don't see them busy with anyone in the office when I go in there. Hopefully service can get better.

Was unable to view as wanted. Went last Saturday to view and a note was on the front door stating they were short staffed and would not be doing any tours. So sad.

Was not a good experience, there was no support thru the process and the staff did try to assist, gave strict deadlines and generally were not very nice throughout the process

Got my car stolen here. Front desk people never answer the phone. Maintenance man breaks light bulbs and doesn’t clean it up or notify us.

These apartments are really gross and dirty. Unit was filthy when i got keys and dead roaches around the place/ live ones, shower wasn’t getting hot or draining, washing machine wasn’t filling up, stove burners not working, etc this list goes on. 0/10 would NOT recommend
