It’s Its a nice place to live i love living there. And I would recommended to anyone.
Was home for many years Lived here for nearly 6 years. In that time, many management companies have come and gone.
It's alright I moved to Dayton Towers in 2023. Jaelynn who works in office initially showed me a unit when I was looking and she had been great throughout the whole process of getting in. I have been at Dayton Towers for about 5 months now and since my apartment has flooded twice and I have dealt with a disgusting bug issue for almost 3 months. Dayton Towers Great place to live. The staff us very helpful and tge tenants are very easy to get along with
They are trying They are trying! The water is has to be cut off 2-3 times a month. They are almost done renovating both elevators. We have gone through almost a year with one elevator. If you come in during the evening good luck parking. The location is the best thing about living at the Towers.
Trying The place has two major faults: 1) water is shut off at least 2 times a month. Old building so I get it. 2) one of the two elevators is always down. However, they are now restoring the elevators. On the good side the staff is awesome!
Nice place to stay Staff here is wonderful they work hard to make our space home for us.
Old building Between water being cut off constantly and/or elevators not working this place has moments it literally drives you crazy. Parking can be an issue if you come in after 10 pm. I have been in building approximately 4 years and everything above has stayed consistent.
Great view I have been here 6 months, it’s a great place to live. The staff is amazing! They are like extended family. I love my apt!! There is lots of closet space for a one bedroom. Did I mention the view…everyone that visits says, “Who knew Dayton had such great views”
